Bluewaters & JBR

Bluewaters Island is a waterfront cultural destination in Dubai — home to Ain Dubai, a growing gallery scene, and the Bluewaters Art Festival, an open-air art event launched in 2025 that brought murals, installations and live performances to the island's public spaces. JBR, the Jumeirah Beach Residence promenade directly opposite, is one of Dubai's most visited public spaces and an increasingly active site for temporary art.
