The house devoted to the artistic culture of the land's people — music, poetry and folk storytelling, including the region's darker folk tales. It treats cultural expression as a survival of memory and identity rather than mere entertainment, showing how communities passed knowledge, values and warning through performed and spoken forms. Among the most accessible of the land houses, it offers a compact introduction to an artistic culture that other pavilions — the Poetry House in particular — then explore in greater depth.
