The Lake (Moses Lake)

A split lake echoing the parting of the sea

A long lake runs between the Cave of Miracles and the Glass House, deliberately split into two halves by a walkway that passes through the water — a design that echoes the parting of the sea by Prophet Musa. Fountains and surrounding greenery make it the park's central water feature and one of its quietest, most reflective spots, with shaded paths for walking at the edges. More than decoration, the lake is part of the park's storytelling: a piece of landscape architecture that carries a Quranic narrative in its very form, so that visitors encounter scripture not only in the exhibits but in the shape of the ground they walk across.
